1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Lead2Done service (“Service”), You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Lead2Done Service under applicable laws and regulations. If You are using the Service on behalf of an organization, You represent that You have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You may not misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Using the Service for illegal activities.

  • Disrupting or overloading Lead2Done’s systems.

5. Subscription & Payment

  • Some features of Lead2Done may require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Lead2Done reserves the right to change pricing plans with prior notice.

6. Data & Privacy

  • Your data, including leads and properties, is stored securely by Lead2Done.

  • Lead2Done does not sell Your data but may use anonymized analytics for service improvements.

7. Termination

Lead2Done may suspend or terminate Your access if You violate these Terms.
You may also cancel Your account at any time, but fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Lead2Done is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Service.

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Modifications to Terms

Lead2Done reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
